I’m interested in getting the book – does it contain nutritional info(i.e. cals, protein, carbs) for the recipes?

Carol,
There’s a comprehensive chapter on ingredients and substitutions, how to convert conventional recipes to more natural alternatives and so on, but no nutritional information per se. I was less interested in the fat grams, carbs, etc. than I was in using whole, natural, organic ingredients–real foods that are good for you!
