Gluten Free, Sugar-Free, Soy-Free Orange Frosting

Perfect for spreading between layers or piping, this frosting is light and not too sweet. 

Here, it’s piped onto mini vanilla cupcakes (agave cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World).

A pefect little treat, creamy smooth and fragrant with a hint of orange.

    I just recently heard about your upcoming book. That frosting looks lovely. This might be a silly question but do you make your frosting with a stand mixer or by hand? I don’t have a stand mixer so have to whip by hand and I never never get fluffy frosting. I’m pretty close to buying a stand mixer anyway but I’m just curious. 🙂
