Sunflower Seed Shortbread Buttons (Gluten-Free)

Crisp on the edges with a slightly sandy texture and flavor that’s not too sweet, these gluten-free confections are the perfect light dessert with tea. 


With a boost of protein from sunflower seeds, these also make a great mid-afternoon snack!
