Macadamia Sesame Cookies

These cookies are crisp on the edges with a slightly sandy texture, almost like a shortbread cookie. 

Sprinkled with sesame seeds, they provide the perfect combination of richness from the macadamia nuts  and the nutritional goodness of sesame.

A delectably chewy, fudgy chocolate-mint cookie studded with dairy-free chocolate chips.
